RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Exchanges and Returns
If you are not happy with your slide, we will gladly accept your return within 5 days of your delivery date for a refund/exchange. Return/exchange requests are processed via email only (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Please note: We cannot accept a return/exchange (even within 5 days) in certain situations, including, but not limited to:
- Products showing excessive wear and tear (missing/cut sewn in tag proof of authentication)
- Past the 5 day deadline (no exceptions)
- Items damaged by misuse, alterations, bodily secretion, white markings or dirts.
- Instances of abuse of the Flingby Return Policy.
- Original Packaging
- Tags attached
- Unstained ( bodily secretions)
- Not damaged
- Missing straps
Are there any charges for an exchange or return?
Customers must provide their own postage for returns and exchanges, for exchanges you will be charged $4.95 to ship your new order. The orginal shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. If you wish to cancel your exchange you will be subjected to 15% restocking fee due the limited stock/special requests.
1. Please send an email to email@example.com in the subject include (order number return/exchange request). Please allow one business day to receive a response. All orders must be approved. Do not ship your slide back to the return address. For exchange please include your desired exchange size. Please include a note with your full name and order number in the package. Please ship your slide using a traceable form of delivery, and forward us the tracking number.
