RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchanges and Returns

If you are not happy with your slide, we will gladly accept your return within 5 days of your delivery date for a refund/exchange. Return/exchange requests are processed via email only (help@flingby.com). 

Please note: We cannot accept a return/exchange (even within 5 days) in certain situations, including, but not limited to:

 

  • Products showing excessive wear and tear (missing/cut sewn in tag proof of authentication)
  • Past the 5 day deadline (no exceptions)
  • Items damaged by misuse, alterations, bodily secretion, white markings or dirts.
  • Instances of abuse of the Flingby Return Policy.
 
Return/Exchange Requirements
Returns are subject to quality approval by our quality assurance department.Return/exchange slides must be received within the 5 days of the delivery date, to be eligible for return or exchange. NO EXCEPTIONS.  A 15% restocking fee (price of the slide) will be charged if the slide is missing the criteria listed below. Please take extra care to inspect all returned items to ensure they meet these requirements:
  • Unused
  • Unworn
  • Original Packaging
  • Tags attached 
  • Unstained ( bodily secretions)
  • Not damaged
  • Missing straps

Are there any charges for an exchange or return?

Customers must provide their own postage for returns and exchanges, for exchanges you will be charged $4.95 to ship your new order. The orginal shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.  If you wish to cancel your exchange you will be subjected to 15% restocking fee due the limited stock/special requests. 

 

RETURN/EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS

1.  Please send an email to help@flingby.com in the subject include (order number return/exchange request). Please allow one business day to receive a response. All orders must be approved. Do not ship your slide back to the return address. For exchange please include your desired exchange size. Please include a note with your full name and order number in the package. Please ship your slide using a traceable form of delivery, and forward us the tracking number.      

2. Once your exchange has processed, you will receive an email containing the invoice for the shipping cost of your exchange. (EXCHANGES ONLY)
 
How soon will I get my store credit or refund?
Once your return is received, please allow 3-7 business days for our quality assurance department to inspect and process your return. Once your return/exchange has processed and your refund is issued you will be notified via email with your refund confirmation. Please allow 5-10 business days for the amount to be reflected in your credit/debit/paypal account (this may vary depending on your financial institution).
 
Faulty Item
In the rare event there is a manufacturing defect, please contact us at help@flingby.com within 24 hours of the delivery of your slide to inform us of the issue, claim will be subjected to approval. If we are not notified within 24 hours of receiving the slide, it cannot qualify for a return or replacement. The replacement of the slide must be the same style and size and must meet the criteria above. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email for us to address your concern.
